Developed marketing strategy and support materials for the crisis management software company. Functioned as an internal, full service and on-site agency for the company, researching new markets, developing positioning, copy, photography and full design services to create brochures, direct mail materials, email blast HTML, 4-color ads and other collateral materials. Researched, interviewed and drafted case histories covering the company’s work in major disasters that included New York City and 9/11; the 2002 Salt Lake Winter Olympics; the Columbia Shuttle Disaster; Arizona bioterrorism exercises; and Louisiana’s response to two major hurricanes. Project management of company web site redesign and launch in July 2003. Created the company’s grant awareness program to help customers (city, county, state government, federal government, first responders – law enforcement, fire, public health) secure funding for purchasing E Team solutions. www.eteam.com
